All of Spargo’s contracted jobs have some element requiring critical precision. An aluminum
tube part, for example, has to be held to within ± 0.0005 inch on the approximate 1-inch
length. Competing globally, however, also requires speed. Randy has applied new Swiss-type
technology to cut the cycle time on that part in half.

The new Tsugami SS 32 offers 32 mm capacity. Like its predecessor, the SS20, the SS32 also
offers users a unique modular tool zone, increased capability over previous gang type
models, and a roomier tool zone for easier setup.

New high-pressure coolant pumps for turning, milling, grinding applications
New high-pressure coolant pumps, the “MP-R” series, use the proven Hydra-Cell® diaphragm pump. This patented, hydraulically balanced design from Wanner Engineering reduces maintenance costs because there are no packings, cups, or seals.
