Rem Sales has factory-trained service engineers located throughout the United States.  24/7 emergency down machine phone support is available. In most cases, our engineers can respond to your service request within 24 hours.

In many areas we provide service directly.  In some areas, Tsugami service is provided by our distributor network.   We'll let you know who will be providing service for your machine when you contact us and provide local phone numbers if necessary.
